Adriana Villa has been built on a privately owned property of 10,000 sq.m. The house is surrounded by 2000 sq.m of wonderful stone garden. Start your day taking your breakfast under the beautiful stone-built arch overlooking the stunning view of Georgioupolis Bay or dipping in the clear waters of the private swimming pool (32 sq.m). The tastefully decorated interior is divided into two floors. The ground floor comprises a dining room, a living room, your cosy meeting point where you can watch TV or play with the board games that you will find there, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Stairs lead to the second floor where three bedrooms are found, all featuring a double bed and a balcony, a bathroom and a big veranda. The veranda and all balconies offer a breathtaking sea and mountain view.

Georgioupolis lies at the northern coast of Crete, about 35km away from Chania and 20 km from Rethimno. It is a coastal village situated at the bay of Almiros, with Cape Drapano and its rocky coast to the north and the long sandy beach towards Rethimno to the east. It belongs to the county of Apokoronas of the prefecture of Chania. Three rivers meet the sea at the village; the largest is Almiros and its delta enhanced with a small breakwater extending in the sea serves even today as a port for fishing and small tourist boats. The main attraction of the area is the 9 km sandy beach towards Rethimno and Kalivaki beach on the other side of the river. The beaches are busy with people enjoying the sand, the sea, and a drink at the beach bars. As for the location it is a great choice as a starting point for excursions into western Crete and exploring the traditional villages of the area towards Vamos or White Mountains to the south.

  • A deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking. The balance can be paid at your arrival at the villa. Security deposit for damages is not demanded.
