This apartment is fully furnished and very comfortable and homely. Situated in a lovely public garden square very central but also away from it all and very quiet. The owners are local and available to help, but also will leave you in peace to enjoy the home. This flat can be ideal for all sorts of guests and particularly for families with children over the age of 11 and for owners of small or companion pets.

Property is as described, pictures don't do it justice! The apartment is spacious, comfortable and in a great location with parking available within 5 minute walk. Would definately recommend to anyone wanting good value and a home away from home.

Flat was clean, well-presented, good facilities and really well placed close to the city centre, seaside, nightlife and the Pier. Owner was really friendly, easy to deal with and relaxed.

Highly recommended!!

I would like to recommend this apartment since I lived at it during the month of july and really enjoyed my stay.The description of the flat in the ad is accurate. It is fully furnished (with everything needed), it has a lot of natural light (and a terrace) and it is situated in a quiet and lovely square at two streets from one of Brightons main streets(full of shops), two supermarkets, several restaurants...
Of course everything was clean when we arrived. The owners were very nice!
Therefore I recommend it to everyone, specially to couples, friends, or small families!
