This beautiful spacious home is located in a breathtaking part of the South end of Lopez Island. Right next to a boat launch, you can easily come by boat, or simply enjoy watching people from nearby smaller islands commute to Lopez. The home has nice yard with common deer visitors and easy access out the front yard right onto the beach!

Inside the home, the open spacious floor plan will make visiting together easy. The vaulted ceilings are open to a loft upstairs, connected by a beautiful spiral staircase. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and the loft which holds a futon. Downstairs contains a separate large room down a half flight of stairs with two twin beds, and is large enough for children to play in to keep the living room quieter for adults. The full kitchen is equipped with all you need to make a nice meal. The dining table has a nice view and seats six.

The living room and large deck are set up to fully appreciate the incredible view. You will become lost watching the wildlife and otters, as well as boat traffic and ferries, across Hunter Bay! You'll never want to leave!

My group used this house as a base camp for a fishing weekend. It couldn't have been better! Good bottom fishing near by, good shrimping if you have the gear, and I suspect decent crabbing as well (season was closed during our trip.:() We were only wanting for a fire pit, BBQ, and cable to watch the Mariners. These were small things because the place was great!
