Classic, soft-lined Thai design is mixed with the hard, crisp lines of modern design and luxury décor. Villa Yang is spread over four different levels affording sea views from almost every room. The top entrance level, with reception and sea view sitting area, leads down to the second level where the large open-plan Minotti kitchen, dining and living area is situated. This indoor space opens onto the lounge deck that fronts a 17-meter infinity pool which seemingly teeters on the edge of the Andaman Sea.Down on more level are Bedroom 2, 3 and 4, each with a private en suite and sea view deck. Further stairs lead down to the bottom level where the large, ultra private Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1) with en suite with full bathtub and two private seafront decks surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

Perched on a cliff on the aptly named Millionaires Mile, Villa Yin overlooks the breathtaking turquoise waters of the Andaman Sea in Kamala, Phuket. The high-demand Cape Sol area is located on the Kamala headlands at the tip of a rocky bluff that traverses a large swathe of Phuket’s west coast. Villa Yin is perched along this promontory, ideally situated in a secluded seafront community where US$4 Million+ homes are the norm. Centrally located, the villa is just 30 minutes from the International Airport and 20 minutes from the nightlife of Patong and the culture of Phuket Town. Activities can be arranged by our staff on request such as golf at the Banyan Tree, tennis at nearby Kamala Bay Terrace hotel, excursions by speedboat to Phang Na and Phi-Phi islands, rental of luxury yachts, in-house massage, tour of the island, shopping at various locations as well as outside dining.

    Terms and Conditions

    Deposit and Full Payment:
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 5 calendar days of booking the villa. For Peak Season bookings, full payment is due 90 days prior to your arrival date. For bookings during the rest of the year, full payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival date.

    Cancellations:
    For Peak Season bookings, all payment except the 50% deposit is refundable for any cancellation made less than 45 days prior to your arrival date. For bookings during the rest of the year, all payment except the 50% deposit is refundable for any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date.

    Security deposit: A 15% security deposit is also required when full payment is paid for the villa. The deposit is fully refundable, provided you or your party are not responsible for any damage to the villa
