Townhome, 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 4-5)

Our townhouse has the most incredible oceanfront views in St. Augustine. The townhouse is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and words can not describe how amazing it is to open your eyes and see the sun rise-- without even getting out of bed.

The entire back of the house is windows and there are two oceanfront balconies to enjoy the beach. On a given day if you sit and watch the ocean you will see surfers, dolphins, and often some crazy person parasailing.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The house comfortably sleeps four, and a fifth person can sleep on the sofa. There is a full bath in the Master Bedroom with a 2 person jacuzzi tub and there is a shower with 5 shower heads in the second bathroom. There is also a half bath downstairs.

Spend the days exploring the beaches of St. Augustine, and spend the evenings at one of St. Augustine excellent restaurants-- many of which you can walk to from our townhouse.

We also have a high speed wireless network set up so that you can stay connected while you are vacationing in St. Augustine!

You will not find a more beautiful view or a better value in St. Augustine.

No Smoking and No pets!

You are only a few minutes from historical downtown St, Augustine, Local attractions include, Castillo de San Marcos, Fort Matanzas, The Alligator Farm, The Original Ripley''s Believe it or Not Museum, Potters Wax Museum, The 3D Theatre, Marineland, Outlet Malls, Ghost Walks, Trolley and Walking Tours, Horse drawn Carriage Rides, Historical Museums, more than 30 Art Galleries, Regular Spanish and English historical Renactments are held in the town square depending on the time of year, World Famous shopping is available on quaint cobblestone St, George Street and the 4 square miles of historic district, The Fountain of Youth Acheology Park, Golf and World Golf Village are very nearby, Sport and Surf Fishing, along with kayaking, both ocean and intracoastal, 2 national and 1 state park, and countless gourmet restaurants are right on the island and just across the Bridge of Lions in old St. Augustine

This is a beautiful property located right on the beach. When we arrived, there was a little glitch regarding the key (missing from the lockbox, had to call someone from the realtor office to let us in), but we forgot all about it the minute we opened the door and saw that view. You can't get any better! We even got to see a wedding on the beach the first day-beautiful! The condo was well-stocked and very clean. Grocery shopping nearby, and some great restaurants. Don't miss the Alligator Farm. We would love to return, and have recommended this condo to friends and family. It was a great escape from the Wisconsin winter!

AMAZING!

This beautuful beach condo is as described and so much more! Beautiful oceanfront views and the beach is literally just steps away. We saw dolphins playing in the water right from our balcony! The location can't be beat. A short lovely stroll to the Fishing Pier, shops and local restaurants and a quick easy drive to downtown St. Augustine. This condo has everything you will need for a wonderful beach getaway. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, blender, crockpot, coffeemaker, etc. all the comforts of home! It even had beach toys for the kids to build sand castles on the beach. (The only suggestion we have is to put a TV in the 2nd bedroom) The rental manager was so pleasant to work with, easy check-in and check-out arrangements made our vacation so easy to plan. We had a wonderful amazing time and we hope to come back soon!

WHOW - stunning!

We just spent 3 weeks ins this beautiful condo and are still amazed by the spectacular sunrises, the stunning ocean view and the beauty of the place itself.

Perfect place for beach lovers - a bit far away from shops etc., but perfect with a car.

Absolutely to be recommended - we will be back.

Relaxing vacation home

This towmhome at Surfside Six is worth every penny. The view is a million dollar view. We loved waking up every morning and looking at the ocean from the master bedroom and from the living room and kitchen. We even saw some dolphins a couple of morinings. The beach is right there so when you go to the beach you don't have far to go, which is very nice. The beach is not overly crowded like some places and it is very family friendly. The beaches are pet friendly, but there is a leash law and you have to clean up after your dogs, so they are clean. They are very strict about enforcing the pet laws. It is a quaint town, so there are a lot of restaurants that you can walk or make a short drive to get to. I would definitely visit this place again for a vacation and St. Augustine is a very nice place for a vacation.

Life is a Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at Surfside Six. The only thing that was missing was an extra blanket for the couch (2 out of four of us sisters snore). The condo was perfect for our needs. The ocean view was an ever changing panarama of spectacular. Everyday there was an interesting story of life going on, we even had a wedding take place right in front of us. Dolphins, a personal trainer giving lessons every morning and the myriad of people being drawn by the tide to exercise, pick up shells, breathe, to just be part of nature. We loved St. Augustine and the old city. Wonderful restaurants and so much to see and do. The location was terrific and we had everything we needed including a jacuzzi which we didn't "need" but we all tried out during the week.
