living room, dining room, kitchen n veranda on the main floor, garden

2 double bedrooms and one shower bathroom on the first floor
About The Owner

this cottage has been bought by my father in law n then my sister in law ( a fashion designer) renoated it and it is her coutry side cottage for the week ends

The Owner purchased this farmhouse in 1950

My husband's family own a farm in the hamlet : we produce our own Chianti wine n olive oil. the main villa n the cottage are our country relax homes: we love to be here, every season is awson in this area: fall with its colors n all wine yards orange, red n yellow: winter with its special food, new olive oil, beauty of winter sun sets, the warm of a wood fireplace as in teh old times: spring with its beautiful green colors n all the flowers blooming. summer up here in the hills is the best place to be: in the evening there is always a nice breath wind and you can sit in the garden n admire the beautiful stars in the dark sky...

beautiful views, great location, nice rural atmosphere

From the cottage you can make some nice walking, biking or driving in the country side and visit small hamlets n villages or big larger art sites, wine tastings or cooking classes and whatever you wish to experience during your vacation in Italy

Depending on the period you can assist to concerts, illage festivals, food festivals or truffle hunting and much more!!
