Sandy Beach is on the Atlantic Ocean side of Rincón and tends to be a bit rough in the winter - which makes it perfect to hang out and watch the surfers and windsurfers take advantage of the waves in the winter months. Bring your binoculars to watch the whales jumping off-shore during their annual migration from December through March. The rest of the year, Sandy Beach is great for swimming as well. Enjoy the day snorkeling and exploring the coral reefs at Steps Beach.

Our stay was was great, the condo was very clean and well maintained. Close to the beach less than a min. walk. 5min ride to the lighthouse, incredible sunsets. All restaurants in the area were clean and the food was great, prices were as expected and not over priced. Just to mention a few......Pancho Villa.. Rincon Tropocal Restaurant,,,,Shipwreck,,,,,Tamboo, Plenty of places to snorkel on the coral riefs ...... amazing underwater life,, have told many family and friends about this place and would recommend it to anyone who asks about it. Planing a return trip in the future.

I loved the ocean Terrace condo, with only six units in the building it was very private. The unit is totally wheelchair accessible including the shower to accomodate my father. It was nice to walk out the door right to the pool with no stairs to climb. The condo was equiped with everything we needed for my children to my parents. Easy access to all the area and great beaches. I would highly recommend this condo and will be returning again. Love the Tamboo restaurant and Bamboo which are with in feet for drinks and dining....Thanks for an easy and enjoyable vacation!!!!!!!!

Disabled Vet Loves The place

As a diabled vet, it can be difficult to find and access a vacation area that will still allow me to enjoy all the amenities of the area, Ocean Terrace has done just that! A very well planned out and decorated condo. Beautiful features inside and out. The access is incredible easy. The handicap features inside the condo ensured that all my personal needs were met without difficulties or needing assistance from others. The modern decor was extremely comfortable with plenty of room inside and out. The pool was an excellent option to cool off during the day if you don't want to swim in the ocean. Josue was extremely friendly and helpful on making recommendation on places to go and see and enjoy the beauty of Puerto Rico. I would highly recommned this condo to everyone!
