The property is located in a Premier Secure-Gated community. The club house and golf course have recently been remodeled and updated. We chose this area for its Old Florida charm and to avoid the congestion of a large city. Venice, however is conveniently located close to the larger City of Sarasota which offers exclusive shopping, dining and entertainment. Sarasota County has provided the area with many miles of free public beaches, bike paths and boat launching all only about 5 miles away. There are many County and State parks in the immediate area for your sightseeing , birding and hiking experiences. We are sure that you will appreciate your stay here as much as we have over the last 15 years.

The Club has been desinated an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary and offers bird and wildlife watching. The club has a newly renovated Club house, lapping pool, clay court tennis and a complete fitness center with trainer. Sarasota county has many miles of public beaches with free access for both beaching, shelling and boating. Located near world renowned Siesta Beach. This Old Florida town is noted for its charm, dining and entertainment, yet bedroom to the larger City of Sarasota for major shopping and entertainment activities.
