Locate and join Interstate 275 (I-275) heading South, stay on this road (it will take you over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge this is a toll road approx $1) until you meet with the Interstate 75 (I-75) until you get to Junction 131. Follow last paragraph.

Directions from Miami:

Locate and join Interstate 75 (I-75), heading North on this road, until you get to Junction 131 Turn left onto Daniels Parkway and follow last paragraph

Finally: onto Daniels Parkway ,

get into left hand lane, at the second set of traffic lights turn left into Fiddlesticks Boulevard, about 1 mile along you will find Cypress Preserve is located on your right. Travel through the gates keep going until you find No 8941Cypress Preserve Place.

We stayed at this villa for a week in July 2012 as it was close to family who live in Bonita Springs. The villa is lovely, it was spotlessly clean, very spacious for our family of five and had every single thing you could possibly need to make it a home from home. The pool was fabulous and we watched some beautiful sunrises over the lake behind the villa and also some spectacular thunderstorms too!! This was our third trip to Florida and if I was ever to visit Fort Myers again then this villa would be my first choice to stay. The estate itself felt very safe with the gated entry system and it is also extremely close to the supermarkets and takeaway restaurants. We visited Fort Myers beach which was really nice as well as lots of places in Bonita Springs. The shopping is very good in the area with a couple of outlet villages offering great bargains. All in all I really can't recommend this villa highly enough, oh and another thing - the villa didn't have wifi, we rang the management company and a day later a router had been set up without any fuss which pleased my kids big time. Hope my review helps someone who is looking for a villa and all the photos are correct so no need to worry that they are old or out of date.
