This apartment is lovely and spacious. It has 60 sq metres of interior and 80 sq metres of exterior which is composed of a large Terrace and a garden. The garden has been lovingly planted with colourful flowers, of which many are the lovely Amaryllis. There are four large Canary date palms and many ferns which are a delight to the birds and butterfly's that frequent the garden. The Apartment which has just been completely refurbished has two bedrooms that are airy and bright. Wardrobes with drawers and plenty of space. The main bedroom looks out onto the garden and palm trees. The second bedroom looks out to the side garden, also flowers and a palm tree. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has 2 large single beds. The kitchen has a tiled floor, and is open plan, completely new, and has an electric hob and oven, overhead extractor fan for hob, a fridge / freezer, many cupboards fully stocked with all the necessary utensils & crockery.

Leading down through grape vines and banana plantations, through villages with their own charm, down to Puerto de la Cruz and the beaches and sea. Visit the actual town and savour the old and the new, standing side by side .The buildings and churches which have been here for hundreds of years, to the new shops, bars and restaurants. If you want a holiday that is for strolling around taking your time to absorb the atmosphere, Spanish culture, and things around you, from the birds drinking from the old fountain, to the friendly local island people going about their lives with their families, then get away from it all, and come to Puerto de la Cruz, this is the place to be.

We booked a week in the sun to celebrate a very special birthday and really couldn't believe how lucky we were to find this amazing place in Puerto de La Cruz. The appartment itself is one of two beautifully refurbished appartments in an idyllic setting with the attention to detail at it's height. We have stayed in appartments all over the world and comfort is a key factor. The Amarylis appartment does not disappoint with so much consideration to create a home from home.Both appartments have a bright airy feel and provide a beautiful outdoor haven. A terrace and garden complete the picture.The access to all the facilities of both the appartment block and hotel with the swimming pools, gardens, restaurants and leisure facilities mean that you have so much on your immediate doorstep you might not even want to leave! We did see the North of Tenerife during our stay and were lucky enough to make to acquaintance of the owners of the property. They could not have been more accomodating and it was great to be the first guests to visit. We had a fantastic time in Puerto and it was lovely to feel so spoilt. This is such a lucky find as everyone who has the pleasure of staying here in the future will no doubt find out! Thank you Cleve and Vince for a fabulous stay.
