Enjoy a relaxing stay at our beloved condominium for a, week, month or the season. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1st floor condo. Located in North Naples on Vanderbilt Bay and just across the street is a quiet section of Vanderbilt Beach. No walking for blocks and paying to park your car. No waiting for shuttles. Just cross the street, walk down the very short walkway and you are on the beach. Your own personal parking space is directly below. An elevator is available for when you do not want to take the stairs.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed and walk in closet. A full width sliding door provides a view of the bay and access to the screened in lanai. The Master Bath has his and hers sinks, shower and a soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds, and Bedroom 3 has a double bed. The second bathroom has a single sink and tub/shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with, microwave, coffee maker, dish washer, Cuisinart pots and pans, dishes and silverware. A full size washer and dryer are located in the unit. The living room has a full width sliding glass door to the screened in lanai with beautiful sunrise views off the bay waters.
A gas grill is located on the deck by the docks. The pool and new spa are on the south side of the building so even on a cold day you can lie out and be warmed by the sun. On a cooler 50 degree day, it can get up to 80 degrees from the solar reflection.
Bring some fishing gear and you can fish off the private docks or on the beach. I fish there all the time and have caught almost any type of fish you can imagine. The bay has snook, black drum, jacks, tarpon, mangrove snapper, sheep head, lady fish, and rays. The beach is good for lady fish, snook, sea trout, tarpon, jacks, sheep head, and rays. The fish are bigger in the gulf. A bait shop and fishing charter is just up the street as well.
Beach chairs and towels are provided.
Absolutely no pets of any kind, no smoking, and no house parties.
Rental is a minimum of one month, except for December, March and April is weekly.
