Newly remodeled 3BR/2BA/2 Car garage. Home in wonderful and active 55 and older gated community. Home is fully furnished with all the essentials including washer and dryer.

Home features an open floor plan. Split bedrooms offer additional privacy. Access the lanai from both the breakfast area and the living room area. Kitchen has a breakfast bar. Kitchen is fully equipped. All linens furnished. Washer/Dryer in laundry room.

Clubhouse/Amenity Fee provides temporary membership at the country club's clubhouse which includes heated pool/spa, tennis court, fitness room, billiards room, library, card room, media room, full restaurant and bar, and more. You will be issued guest passes for this facility at check in.

Golf prices range from $10-14 for executive par 3 course and between $18 and $30 for the championship 18 hole course depending on day and time of play. Rates include golf cart.

This home offers the leisurely Florida lifestyle at its best.

We prefer adult renters. If families with children rent we require children to be over the age of 12.

We had a wonderful 3 week stay in January. The accommodations were spacious, well appointed, nicely decorated & immaculate. The use of the heated pool, 2 golf courses & resturant @ the club house was very convenient. Owners were very helpful, a wonderful place to rent!!
