Welcome to Beach side villa ' La Gitanilla '. This lovely bright, sunny and comfortable 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa, with a fabulous view of the sea, is built on two floors. It will truly provide an ideal holiday home for any family or group of friends - nothing is spared for your comfort. The villa is completely fenced with walls around the property for your privacy and security. The tropical garden with fruit trees and flowers has terraces, swimming pool, BBQ area and private access to the beach and the beach promenade. Accommodation comprises: First floor: Living-Dining room with fireplace. Large terrace outside living room, with beautiful view to the sea. One bedroom with large double bed and en-suite bathroom .Fully fitted kitchen. Ground floor: Two separate wings: first one with living room, two double bedrooms, one bathroom. Outside covered terrace, swimming pool with BBQ area, and tropical garden. Second entrance: Large bedroom with two single beds and one extra bed. Sleeps 9
