Tennis courts available in Magnolia Gardens. Swimming at the Lido approximately 1 mile away.Bus stops outside the apartment block which is situated on one of the roads serving city traffic.

Across the road from the apartment is Xtonel restaurant which serves both English and Madeiran meals.The roof of the building offers panoramic views of the city and the bay of Funchal and should provide one of the best vantage points from which to enjoy the New Year's eve fireworks display. Buses stop outside the apartment for those wishing to go off levada walking.
