This 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom In-Law Suite is perfect for a couple who want to get away from the bitter cold winters up north and soak up the fabulous Florida weather. Tina's fun-a-galore beach house is situated along the beautiful Gulf Coast of Mexico, on the Island of Venice. One of the most livable cities in Florida. Enjoy the easy atmosphere you find on the Island, venture from your home to down town Venice which is rich in heritage and where you can browse through the shops and boutiques or wine and dine at the many restaurants or small cafes. Enjoy a round of golf at the local championship course adjacent to our beautiful beach, play tennis, fish off the pier at Sharkey's or sip cocktails on the beach at sunset, the best part is that it is all on your doorstep.

Tina's 'fun-a-galore' beach house provides a warm and friendly atmosphere that exemplifies Island living at its best. We offer a wonderful place to spend cold winter months in the most desireable location that is close to everything yet away from it all.

About Tina Nepip

My Husband and I decided to move from Chicago to Florida 8 years ago. It was the best decision we have ever made. We have the best of all worlds - fabulous weather, beautiful beaches, great shopping and places to eat.

Why Tina Nepip chose Venice

My husband and I decided to buy this house because we love living in this beautiful layed back location so when the house right next to our home came up for sale we decided to buy it so we could rent it to family and friends.

What makes this apartment unique

I believe that we live in Paradise, this home is in a fabulous location. It is a very warm and friendly neighborhood where everyone goes down to the beach at sunset with their cocktails hoping to see a green flash. Everyone who vacations here falls in love with Venice.

Tina was warm and friendly and very accomodiating. Her property was clean and well maintained as well, and in a safe quiet convenient neighborhood.
