Brewery Cottage is a comfortable, fully furnished and well-equipped semi-detached holiday property. This a three bedroom property, with a ground floor twin, a double, and a single. The single bedroom has a pull out bed that converts the room into a small twin which is ideal for children. A cot and a highchair can be provided upon request. There is a downstairs cloakroom, and upstairs a family bathroom and an en-suite to the master bedroom. The kitchen/dining Room is well equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The room is open plan to the dining area, providing seating for six people, and through to the sitting room. The adjacent utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The property has oil fired central heating and in the very spacious sitting area there is an open fireplace with a flame-effect gas fire.
