Steps away from main attractions. Live it up at my top floor fully furnished and equipped 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo unit. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Prime location, across street from Gaslamp and Convention Center. 3 blocks away from Petco Park. Steps away from all fine dining, shopping, bars/disco, clubs. Stroll to Ralph's Grocery, Horton Plaza Mall, Seaport Village, Marina. Catch the trolley/bus/taxi all downtown, Little Italy, Old Town, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Mission Valley, Qualcom Stadium and much more.

Or take a short drive to Coronado, Sea World, all local beaches, Mission Bay, Wild Animal Park, Legoland, even Disney. Even set sail on a dinner/party cruises to Coronado, in the harbor, bay and ocean. Nearby airport, easy to route to my condo. Nearby major highways and freeways for those short getaways to Mexico, LA, Vegas and all along the west coast of California. Gated secured parking available with rent. Condo is well located, as listed, was clean and well maintained. Owner was friendly, explained the workings of the condo and pointed out interesting places to visit. I would recommend this condo.

The condo was awesome..The owner was a great host...I would rent again in a heartbeat. So close to everything and very reasonably priced...why rent a hotel room when you can have a spacious condo for less???? Loved it!!!

Wow! Best Location in the Gaslamp

I have been to San Diego about 20 times and stayed at some great places but this one is the best. Truly steps away from the Trolley, Convention Center and all the action. The condo entertains well and has the best sleeper sofa I have ever slept on...feels like a real bed. This is my new home away from home in SD with 2 parking spaces, W/D, balcony, city views, gym, access to taxis, Cost Plus World Market, etc, etc.

The owner was great and very accommodating. The check in/out process was flawless.

Great Location!!

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Our group of 6 (4 adults, 2 children) had plenty of room. The condo was very clean and well stocked, including a stroller, which came in very handy, and a high chair. The included parking spaces were definitely a plus. We were able to walk to many restaurants, a grocery store, and the trolley/train stop. We would definitely stay here again when in San Diego. Thanks to the owner for sharing your condo.

Great location, flexible landlord, excellent experience!

Location was steps away from Gaslamp. The house had everything we needed for a weekend getaway including a fully functioning kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for 6. Quiet building which made sleeping very easy. Overall expereience was excellent.
