Additional information about rental rates

  • The rates above are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool heat is optional and is charged at £110/$199 per week, if requested at the time of booking.

    For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £70/$125. For bookings of 21 days or more we will be happy to offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods.

    A security deposit of £200/$320 is due along with the final balance 10 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.

Renting our vacation villa at Watersong will give you access to more than 60 golf courses all within a short drive. The choice of golf courses in the area is probably only beaten by the amazing variety of family entertainment that Orlando has to offer the holiday maker. In fact, the best golf course within ten minutes drive from Watersong is the world famous Reunion Golf course at Champion’s Gate, where the Ladies PGA tournament is held every March/ April. The latest addition is the Providence Golf course, situated only half a mile away. When you add all year round sunshine to the variety of golf courses you will find Orlando hard to beat as a base for that perfect golfing holiday. A magical vacation!

This was the first time we had booked a villa on the internet and first time to visit America and we were a little nervous. But Jon and Sue were so kind and helpful. It was like renting from friends.

The villa was superb - all we could ask! A beautiful villa in a tranquil location with peaceful views of the countyside, but not far from Disney.

We planned to spend lots of time at the parks, but chenged our plans to stay more at the villa, in the lovely pool and spa, the kids adored the games room and the HD TV. It was nice to also have the Watersong gym and big swimming pool.

We couldnt believe that we could call home to France for as long as we wanted as well for free!

We have told all our friends about Crystal Palm and hope we can visit again one day.

Thank you Jon and Sue for everything. Magnifique!
