Notes

• During high season, inclusive of departure villa cleaning, laundered bed linen and towels (including pool towels) and weekly pool maintenance. The villa rental includes electricity, gas and water consumption in mid and high season.
  Between October 1st and April 30th, electricity consumption is charged according to metered usage. During the same period, wood for the wood burner in the salon is supplied at the property and is charged according to usage.
  Wireless broadband internet connection is freely provided as are all local phone calls.

  Payment Terms:;
  50 % due at time of booking;
  Remainder to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival;
  By booking 8 weeks and less before arrival date, full amount is due at time of booking;
  
  Cancellation:;
  By cancellation more than 8 weeks prior to arrival half of the amount paid will be refunded;
  Canceled from 8 to 4 weeks prior arrival 1 / 2 of the total amount paid will be refunded;
  If canceled later than 4 weeks prior arrival there will be no refund of any of the prepaid rental amount;
  
  Security deposit:;
  A Security deposit of Euro 600 is required upon check in - either by cash or by check ;
  
  For the loss of keys there will be charged Euro 260 to cover the conversion of locks in the house;
  as well as copying of new keys.
