Villa Thea is nestled amongst the olive groves and wild herbs. This exceptional stone built villa benefits from stunning views and abundance of space. On the ground floor, there are 3 double and 2 single (with guest beds) bedrooms all with en-suite, air-conditioning, speakers and central heating. Every bedroom has double door opening onto their own terrace with stunning panoramic views overlooking the bay of Kasteli and the white mountains of Crete. The living space is situated on the first floor. There is a very large contemporary open-plan kitchen. The dining area boasts a floor to ceiling window which gives the illusion of eating on the edge of the world; this leads into the sitting room where comfy sofas, open fireplace, IPod docking system and TV/DVD ensures relaxation. Outside, the villa is set in landscaped gardens with colourful bougainvillea and sweet scented jasmine. On the lower ground there is a good size pool with a child splash area, shower, sunbeds, and a BBQ area

Kissamos offers something for everyone. If you are looking for some quiet time there are plenty of unspoilt sandy beaches, hillside or portside tavernas and cobbled village to wander around. If you want a livelier holiday there are some fabulous seafront bars and clubs to enjoy. If you are a family, the beaches, restaurants and bars are all very child friendly. There is a small ferryboat from the port (5 minutes by car) which allows you to explore the islands beauty, the small Island of Gramvoussa is a must.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We ask for a 10% deposit when you make the booking and the remaining balance to be paid 2 weeks before arrival by bank transfer, N.B the above rates do not include the small transfer fee.
  • The tenant will provide on or before the day of the hand over the sum of ONE THOUSAND EUROS (cash) this is to be held by the landlord as a guarantee to cover damage to the property its contents, gardens and pool. If this amount is found to be insufficient to cover the cost, then a quotation for the cost of the repairs would be required. The reimbursement of the guarantee will occur on the day of departure, on receipt of the keys, gate access remote and verification of the state of the property.
  • We are very happy to organize a driver to collect you from the airport and help you orgainise your hire car to be waiting at the villa, we can also provide welcome hamper of milk, bread, water etc at an additional cost

In September this year we rented Villa Thea for a 10-day break – it simply wasn’t long enough. The views from this newly built villa don’t get much better than from this one; we were blown away. It sits high above the village, hidden amid the olive groves. Rooms are simple and stylish with white walls, pale wooden furniture and flat screen TV’s in each – so spoilt! Outside we enjoyed the well-kept garden and glamorous pool. We were spoilt for choice when it came to seating areas in the garden - The whole property has been designed to make the most of its surroundings and the result is something really special.

Roll on 2010 – can’t wait to head back to see how the garden has developed but this time it’ll be a longer vacation for sure.
