Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters and large breakfast bar. Main main bathroom completely renovated with new tile/granite counters. Central air conditioning/heat. Large flat screen TV with DVD player in living room. Free WiFi. Free local and long distance phone calls within US and Canada. Patio table and 6 chairs on patio. Lounger. Heated pool. Gas grills on oceanside just steps from your patio, beach volleyball. Assigned, guaranteed parking space. Shops, dining and night life are within a short walking distance.
