This villa is in a quiet residential area about 33 miles miles North of Tampa and is within easy driving distance of the main attractions. There is a large (28' x 14') heated swimming pool and an excellent beach only a sixteen minute drive away. There are 15 golf courses nearby, the nearest being just a mile away - perfect for golf enthusiasts. There are many restaurants and shops within a five or ten minute drive. This all makes the villa an ideal centre for exploring the Gulf Coast.
