This newly built 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa sits in a large plot with swimming pool, jacuzzi pool, terraces, landscaped gardens and an orchard. The large kitchen is modern and fully equipped to the highest standard. The separate dining room seats six people. The large lounge has an open fire as well as central heating and air conditioning. There is also a separate utility room for storage and laundry. The villa is well lit, and there are stunning mounain views from every window.The Private Swimming Pool is 40 square metres, and there is also a jacuzzi pool. There is a full size brick built barbecue in the garden. The patio surrounding the pool is large, and there are sun loungers and umbrellas available. The ensuite bathroom has a full size jacuzzi bath, and the other two bathrooms have extremely large showers.

The spectacular scenic mountain village of Seki is just 1 hour drive inland from Fethiye. This is the real Turkey for those who want to experience an away from it all holiday with a difference. The villa is one mile from the village centre, and has 360 degree views of the mountains and valley. This is the place to be if you want total privacy, and don't want to be overlooked by other properties. The village is not commercialised, but you can get everything you need from the little shops and weekly produce market. The area is full of apple orchards, their main industry. The locals are warm, friendly, and keen to make contact, despite not speaking any English. The area is perfect for families, walkers, bird watchers, and nature lovers. There is no industry for hundreds of miles, the air is clean, fresh and ideal for people with allergies. The cool breeze from the valley ensures that temperatures are not overbearing as is the case in coastal areas during the summer
