Villa San Gimignano, tucked in a stunning corner of the heart of Tuscany, sleeps 12 people in 6 spacious bedrooms with 6 private bathrooms. From the swimming pool and terrace enjoy front-row views of the beautiful town of San Gimignano, with its renowned skyline of medieval towers. Both outside and inside, the house offers comfort and beautiful spaces for relaxing and dining together. The covered patio, outdoor barbecue, terrace and front lawn with shady pine trees and benches offer plenty of spots for enjoying the beauty of the countryside. Indoors, there is a large kitchen with a large original fireplace, and two comfortable living rooms. The grounds and the pool are absolutely private, and are for the sole use of guests of Villa San Gimignano. On the property the owners occasionally may use an apartment in a separate building. The Villa shares a wall with an adjacent house.

Villa San Gimignano is located in the heart of one of the most beloved parts of Tuscany. The nearest town is San Gimignano, just on the other side of a small valley. Siena is just 36 km away. A medieval maze of cobblestone streets, it houses treasures of art and architecture. The world-famous palio, a bareback horse race, is held there every year in July and August. Florence, centre of the Renaissance, is 55 km away. The area is a delight for food and wine lovers. Tuscany's most esteemed white wine, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, is produced in the neighbouring vineyards, as well as Chianti. On the country roads leading to Villa San Gimignano you will pass through olive groves and farms growing San Gimignano's famous saffron.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A refundable safety deposit of € 500,00 is due upon arrival. At the end of your stay, your deposit will be returned to you, barring any property damage. Electricity is not included and must be paid upon check-out (€ 0,35 per kw). We will read the meters together when you arrive and right before you leave.
    There is also a cleaning fee of € 100 due at end of your stay.
    The heating in the winter costs € 450 (full week of heating, 24 hours a day) or € 225 (12 hours per day).
