South View Annexe is attached to a large villa with superlative views, standing back on the hillside in the typical Portuguese village of Salema. It is totally self contained, having its own entrance and lovely views. Entry is from the rear of the property. Doors take you into a large family room with an integrated modern fully fitted kitchen, seating and dining area. The lounge benefits from air conditioning which also acts as a heating system. There is a Satellite TV (limited channels) and French doors out to the patio and private pool. Stairs lead up to the two well furnished twin bedrooms (with ceiling fans) both with en suite shower rooms. One bedroom has a small balcony with a table and chairs and from here there are superb views over rooftops to the Ocean. The good sized private pool (approx. 8m x 4m) and the terracing is equipped with outside furniture for al-fresco dining and sunbathing. There is also a BBQ.
