This 2bed/2bath condo is located in NE Scottsdale close to miles of walking/bike trails, shopping, and of course golfing. This home has everything needed for you to enjoy a relaxing time in Arizona including; all furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cooking items, and linens and towels. The living room features a 42 inch flat screen TV, with HD some you can enjoy each channel with picture perfect quality. We also offer wireless internet so that you can stay connected while on vacation.

This ground floor condo provides easy access from your nearby covered parking space. Enjoy the pool, hot tub, fitness center and tennis court which are all just a short walk away. Finally, relax during the great Arizona evenings by taking a walk and viewing the vast McDowell Mountains or just enjoy a warm fire by the fireplace at the pool area.
About Gil Green

Greetings from the Green Family! Although we currently live in Indianapolis, the desert bug has never left us and we’re excited to share our Scottsdale home and love of Arizona with you. Gil and I met while living in the Phoenix metro area [nearly 10 years ago]. Both came to love the desert while living in Phoenix, enjoying many outdoor activities and the convenience of the city – from downtown sporting activities, to the East Valley to great shopping and restaurants in Scottsdale – everything seems just minutes away as you navigate across the city.

Both originally being from the Midwest however, we moved back to Indiana in 2006. This allowed us to be closer to our family as we began a family of our own. We are blessed with two amazing children, (5) and (2) who keep us jumping every day! We are glad to be back in Indiana close to family, but we can’t let go of the desert. We purchased our home in Scottsdale in 2012 and are looking forward to creating many memories here together. We hope you do the same!
