This charming holiday home of 1,400 ft², is situated in County Wicklow. It is located in a small gated secure development. The house is only 5 min walk from the beautiful sandy Brittas Bay beaches. The house enjoys a quiet secluded position, with a large south/west facing back garden, patio and outdoor bar/BBQ house. The development has, 3 tennis courts and plenty of private parking. County Wicklow is well renowned for its beautiful scenery, hence this area is known as 'The Garden of Ireland', yet it is only a 45 min drive to the bustling city of Dublin. Excellent location for Golf enthusiasts, ten of Ireland's premier golf courses are within a 30 min drive with The European Club 2 min down the road.
The house briefly comprises of 1 double bedroom (en-suite), 2 twin bedrooms(1 en-suite) 1 TV room with pull-out bed. Living room with fireplace and flat screen satellite TV, large bright kitchen/dining leading to a decked area with a BBQ/Bar area and south facing garden.
Brittas Bay is located in Co. Wicklow in the Garden of Ireland. It is situated 50 kilometres South of Dublin on the East coast of Ireland. It is within easy reach of Dublin Airport, Dunlaoghaire Harbour and Rosslare Harbour. It is a perfect location for an active family holiday or a quiet getaway. The area compasses some of the most beautiful scenery in Ireland where you can hill walk or visit some of the many historic sites. The area also includes miles of unspoilt sandy beaches ideal for swimming (lifeguard on duty during summer months). Brittas Bay is one of the finest beaches on the East coast, a 5k stretch of white sand dunes and golden sands.
Historic sites nearby, Powerscourt Estate, Glenadalough, Avondale House (birth place of Parnell), Wicklow Head, Avoca and more.
Arklow and Wicklow are both about 10/15 minutes away. Arklow has a large shopping centre, Bridgewater Shopping Centre, with multiplex cinemas, lots of shops, restaurants, etc. Ideal for a rainy day.

|Notes||A deposit of €100 (per week) is required on booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before commencement. Electricity is charged by meter reading which will be calculated at the end of the stay. This amount will be deducted from the security deposit and the remainder returned after departure. Please note in Winter months the electricity bill may take up the full deposit so no refund will be due.|
