The very well kept, updated and continuously renovated, generous and lovely furnished luxury condominium offers a space of 1110 sq ft, accommodates up to 5 persons. Fully equipped with all you need, i.e. TV in all rooms, CD stereo, VCR, DVD, high speed internet connection etc. Central A/C and individual outlets in all rooms. The condo is bright and airy and has a fully equipped new full size kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a Tempur paedic mattress in the master bedroom, 2 baths with shower and sliding glass doors, big living room, dining area, balcony overlooking the big heated pool, the nice beautifully landscaped green garden with a view to the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Other amenities are, tennis, on-site laundry facilities, elevator service, shuffle board, barbecue area, 130 beach chairs, plenty of towels as well as beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach toys for children etc.. Enjoy watching the spectacular sunsets and dolphins swimming not far from the shore.

The resort is located on Florida's west coast, USA, directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Longboat Key is also called 'The Royal Key of Florida' as it is one of the nicest islands. The island offers many shops, restaurants etc., located just minutes from Sarasota and Bradenton. Easy accessible by car and by air. From Tampa Airport 1 hour drive south Interstate 275, Fort Myers Airport 1,5-2 hours drive north Interstate 75, Miami Airport 4 hours drive north Interstate 75. Sarasota/Bradenton Airport just 15 minutes drive. The bridge on the north end of Longboat Key connects Anna Maria Island, Bradenton and Tampa. The bridge on the south end provides access to Sarasota, Fort Myers, Naples and Miami. Sarasota offers a vast array of arts und cultural attractions. Opera, theaters, museums, aquarium, restaurants, cinemas etc.. Shopping on the island at St. Armands Circle with many restaurants, or in a big outlet just 30 minutes drive from Longboat. Tampa Bush Garden in 1 hour and Orlando 2 hours.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The monthly rate will be reduced by 5%. All rates, except in high season, includes a reduction of 25 % till 30% to the normal price of the resort. During high season and Easter the reduction is 10%. There is an additional charge of 85 US $ for final cleaning and 11.5 % tax. Please also ask for last minute rates. In April till September 2008 a reconstruction was performed on our building, including new doors and windows , as well as complete renovation of the condo, such as new tiles, new carpets , i.e. the whole building , the construction, outside and inside is better than new!

Notes: The condo is very well kept, updated and continiuosly renovated by the owner on their yearly stay during the wintertime November till February. In the big livingroom you will find a 3 seater and a love sofa. The 3 seater has a queen-size bed integrated. There are two additional chairs and a barrel chair. Big flatscreen TV, VCR, DVD, CD stereo, wireless LAN internet connection without charge, 2 telephones, a big mirrorwall in the livingroom and dining area. A new fully equipped full size kitchen, European style. It has everything you need for cooking, eating, drinking, for more than 8 persons. TV in all rooms. The king-size bed in the master beroom has a new Tempur paedic mattress, the best you can do for your backbones. Sufficient towels also for the beach, were you will find your own beach chair. Our guests only need their personal belongings. Big heated pool with pool chairs. Barbeque area directly at the beach. Grocery store only 5-minute-drive.

Amenities available including beautifully landscaped and maintained grounds, a 20 X 50 foot heated swimming pool, tennis, barbecue area and a private white sandy beach.

Die Ferienwohnung und die gesamte Anlage ist ziemlich neu und sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist ruhig, zu unserer Reisezeit war nicht allzuviel los auf Longboat-Key. Für Besorgungen und Unternehmungen wird ein Auto benötigt. Alles Notwendige ist aber mit dem Fahrzeug gut erreichbar. Meer und Strand sind für Badefans top.

Wir alle (Nadine, Sabrina und Candy) waren uns einig, dass dies das schönste Appartment ist, in dem wir je waren. Nicht nur das Appartment ist traumhaft toll und komfortable ausgestatten, auch die Anlage und der Strand sind wunderschön. Sand Cay auf Longboat Key ist definitv eine Reise wert und wir kommen nur allzu gerne wieder. (-:

Super Wohnung in bevorzugter Lage

Wir(Familie mit 2 Kindern, 12+14) haben vom 11.-17.07.2009 hier unseren Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist wirklich top-gepflegt. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Office-Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Die Lage ist auch gut geeignet für verschiedene Ausflüge. Also alles prima, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir (Ehepaar mit zwei Kindern) mieteten diese Ferienwohnung schon verschiedene Male. Die Wohnung ist optimal und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, die gesamte Anlage gepflegt. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Hervorragende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet der nahe gelegene Publix-Supermarkt; der schönste/beste in FL, nach unserer Meinung. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung immer wieder sehr wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Dazu beigetragen haben auch die symphatischen Wohnungseigentümer. Immer wieder gerne!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir (Ehepaar mit zwei Kindern) mieten diese Ferienwohnung schon seit Jahren. Die Wohnung ist tip-top ausgestattet und wir regelmäßig renoviert. Die gesamte Ferienanlage ist gepflegt. Jede Wohnung verfügt über einen Auto-Stellplatz. Es gibt ausreichend Sonnenliegen am Strand! Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind auf der Insel zu erhalten: großer Publix-Lebensmittelmarkt mit Deli-Abteilung und Bäckerei, Apotheke/Drogerie, Reinigung, Post, Tankstelle etc. etc. Die nächsten großen Städte - Sarasota oder Bradenton - sind nach 20 Minuten Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Diverse Freizeitparks sind von hier auch gut zu erreichen: Nach Bush Gardens in Tampa benötigt man eine gute Stunde, nach Orlando mit all den Dutzenden von Parks fährt man ca. 2 1/2 Stunden. Auch Outlet-Shopping, z.B. im Ellenton-Prime-Outlet, ist eine feine Angelegenheit. Hier gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt. Kurz und gut: Die Wohnung, die Anlage, die Insel und überhaupt die Golfküste sind so toll, dass man sie eigentlich als Geheimtipp für sich behalten sollte!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
