Old Pueblo warmth and charm abound in this burnt adobe patio home with pool located in the guard gated golf community of Skyline CC Estates. Great split floor plan offering high ceilings, bright-open rooms, tile floors and classic talavera tile bathrooms. Unobstructed sweeping views of the Catalina Mountains from master bedroom, living room patio and pool. Master bedroom has a king size bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed. Family room has a beehive fireplace, large flat screened tv and dvd player. Enjoy the sparkling city lights from the kitchen, sunroom/porch and roof top terrace. The home is fully furnished, with a well-appointed kitchen.

About Owner/Manager

Lived in Arizona from 1994 to 2012. Recently relocated to Chicago, IL due to a job transfer. I love my Tucson home and hope you will too.

Property is located at the base of the Catalina Mountains. Walking on the neighborhood golf course is permitted in the early morning and evening. Many hiking trails in the area and Sabino Canyon is approximately 5 miles away. Located just minutes away from La Encantada outdoor mall, featuring upscale shopping and restaurants with familiar names such as Tiffany, Coach, Louis Vuitton and Crate and Barrel.

Access to the fitness facilities at Skyline Country Club available for a guest fee. An extra deposit for use of the Country Club food & fitness facilities will be necessary.

Our stay here has been wonderful. The town home is in a great area, convenient to many of our favorite restaurants and to our friends who live here year round. The owner and property manager have been quite accommodating and the rental has all the amenities and comforts needed for a very relaxing vacation. We will look forward to returning next year!

Enjoyed this property very much. It was located in a quiet area but very near to restaurants and shopping areas. It was very well equipped with a user friendly kitchen. I would definately stay here again. Gloria
