Our home is convenient to everything! We love being in the city, and our unit is in the back of the complex, off the street and quiet. Pasadena always has something going on - music in the park, festivals, Rose Bowl flea market and sporting events, and so much more! There's swimming at the Aquatic Center, architectural tours of the Gamble House and Pasadena Historical Society, Brook-side Golf Course, hiking, bike riding and mountain biking, great shopping, great variety of restaurants, and non-stop fun for everyone!

What makes this townhome unique

I love this secret gem, because it's plain on the outside and fabulous on the inside! It has lots of space. I love to have breakfast on the balcony early in the morning, then take a walk to the park and listen to the parrots in the trees. I love the look of the mountains as the sun comes up. Sunsets are great, too. Pasadena is an easy place to live, with every convenience and so many family-friendly activities to choose from.
