3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, With Lake And Mountain Views. Pet Friendly.

Come and relax with the beautiful garden setting, overlooking Arrowhead Lakes with Hedgepeth Hills as a backdrop. The location is great for walking, jogging, mountain biking, and hiking. One entrance to Thunderbird Mountain Preserve is within walking distance. The lake community has views of the lake at key points with benches. There is a wild bird sanctuary, also within walking distance.

There are three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The master bedroom overlooks the garden and lake view. Entertain in our dinning room, or enjoy a cocktail by the lake. The backyard is equipped with a gas barbeque.

Cable internet with Wi-Fi is included. Bring your laptop and sit by the lake. Satellite TV service is included, and there is a 43' plasma HDTV. There is also a Blu-Ray/DVD player, which also allows streaming access (such as Netflix).

The entrance to highway 101 is very close by, allowing quick access to the entire Phoenix area, with Scottsdale to the East and the new University of Phoenix Stadium to the West. There are also numerous local restaurants for visitors' enjoyment. Glendale is a shopper's delight with Arrowhead Mall less than 5 miles away and downtown Glendale with antique shops, specialty stores, and appealing restaurants.

This is a great location for hiking, mountain biking, jogging and walking. This lake community allows views of the lake with sitting benches at key spots as one loops around the neighborhood. One of the entrances to the local mountain preserve with hiking trails is within walking distance from the property.

We rented this house for the month of April with the intention of finding our own home in the Phoenix area. We couldn't have been more pleased with our rental. The house is in a very desirable neighborhood and the views couldn't be beat. Every day, I would wake up, make my coffee and sit on the patio enjoying the mountain and water view. I also picked my breakfast of oranges and grapefruits from the citrus trees in the yard. Many of my friends couldn't believe I was staying at a house on the water in Arizona. The neighborhood is so quiet. Everything in the house met all of our needs. It was clean, well maintained, and the landscaping was gorgeous. We loved the location. Actually, we loved it so much, we bought our retirement home in the area. Staying here sold us on the North Valley. Stores and restaurants are very close to the house along with entertainment. We went to the Jobing.com arena entertainment complex a few times nd the football stadium is also very close. Hiking trails are close if you're looking for exercise. We had one minor problem after we arrived at the house (missing toaster) and it was taken care of the very next day. The owners are very responsive. I would recommend this rental to friends and family. If we didn't buy our own place, we would definitely be renting this house next year. Loved it!!

Everything was perfect, the views of the mountians and water was a perfect backdrop for enjoying a glass of wine.Hiking trails were very close The owners were very nice,we spend 2 and a half months there, looking to return next year Also there were a lot of nice restaurants on Bell rd. 2 miles
