Excellent location in the woods but near the highway to reach all locations and amenities within Langley, Fort Langley, Walnut Grove, Cloverdale. Or 5km to Hwy #1 and quickly drive to New Westminster. Burnaby, Vancouver or Abbosford within 45-60 minutes. Closest US Border at 176th St. or 264 St. 20-30 min. drive. Family home with owner residing upstairs.
Short 10 min Drive to Thunderbird and Milner Downs Equestrian Centres, and Fort Langley National Historic Park, and Fort Langley Health Centre, and 15 minutes to large Willowbrook Shopping Centre and large Selection of big box Stores and popular chain restaurants. Many parks and golf courses also within 10-15 min Drive, as well as public tennis courts, and Horseback Riding is available for rent near the Campbell Valley Park Equestrian Park, forested park with safe park loop trail in South Langley.
Professional with family residing upstairs, and our dog and two horses plus a few chickens. I have lived in Langley since 1972, and have excellent references available. We enjoy camping with our horses, fishing and love our outdoor space. We are a happy family with a normal quiet lifestyle and belong to Back Country Horseman.

I have lived in this same neighborhood in different homes since 1991. Its a perfect location for quick access off 232 to south Langley, White Rock, the freeway, or Fort Langley and Aldergrove. You will enjoy the peace and tranquility but still be close to the city. Langley is the horse capital of BC and where the City meets the Country with a variety of agriculture spread between the smaller communities along with many golf courses and wineries. Our population is approx 160,000 persons throughout a large Langley Township.
Fabulous neighbors, Williams Park is gorgeous and a short walk away, and generally quiet and safe. No street lights or sidewalks here, just a quiet no thru country street, lots of gravel parking in our yard, and unfortunately no transit nearby. Chevron Fuel Station is within 5km. Fraser River and Derby Reach Park and boat launch nearby just past Historic Fort Park in Fort Langley. Near Thunderbird and Milner Downs Equestrian Centres, and the Greater Vancouver Zoo.
My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights when we were at a horse show at Milner Downs. The basement suite was very comfortable and accommodating. It is tastefully decorated and very clean. The owner was fantastic to deal with and was truly concerned that we had a great stay. The property is easy to find and away from the hustle and bustle which made for restful nights. We plan on staying here again when we attend the next horse show as everything about this place was fabulous.
I was on a work assignment in the lower mainland for just over a year and stayed at this place.... From the start, my dog and I felt very welcome and our host and her family really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.... The place is in an excellent location and has a wonderful park nearby.... highly recommended..++++
Due to an recent family situation we needed a place to call 'home' for a few weeks from January 13 to February 2, 2013. Frequent trips to VGH/ Vancouver and going back and forth to Aldergrove almost every day required easy freeway access.
This location was perfect as it only takes 5 minutes to reach Hwy #1 from the suite.
We (my husband, myself and our small dog) stayed for 3 weeks and it was very accommodating.
The suite was equipped with everything you could possibly need, it was very clean and comfortable.
With it's own private entrance and patio in back we enjoyed the peacefulness and beautiful country surroundings.
The owner, Rebecca was friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome.
We highly recommend this suite.
I needed a "home away from home" while working on a project near Langley last summer, and was lucky enough to land at this spacious garden suite! The private rural location provided peace and quiet, with lots of room to relax (both inside and outside), and all just a few minutes' drive of highway access. The quiet streets and nearby trails were perfect for cycling and walking my dog, while the fenced yard provided a secure and accessible outdoor space for her to chill outside in the grass. The suite was larger than it looked on the photos, and the windows on both sides of the "great room" kept it cool in spite of very high daytime temperatures. The owner was very helpful and prompt at responding to my phone calls and email messages. She went out of her way to provide a comfortable space for me and my dog. The suite was very clean and well-equipped with everything I needed to work and relax. I frequently work in the Langley area and am looking forward to staying at this sweet garden suite again!
Our stay at the suite was quiet, comfy, and enjoyable. Our host provided all we needed and was very gracious, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. When booking, she provided excellent communication and was very patient and accommodating. The location is perfect with easy access to the #1 highway. We needed to travel to Fort Langley each day and it only takes about 5 minutes to get there from the suite. We enjoyed our stay and for a suite in this price range it's highly recommended. The property is beautiful and calming. The suite is very accessible, clean, and private. We would certainly consider staying here again if in the area.

Only 5km to the #1 Trans Canada Hwy. Easy access to Surrey, Langley, Cloverdale, Abbotsford and White Rock, or Delta, Burnaby, New Westminster and Vancouver.
Central but quiet rural location, accessible to many locations and easily accessible to Vancouver as well. No public Transit at this rural location, although skytrain and express bus available to Vancouver within a 15 min drive.
American Border within 30 min at Peace Arch, Truck Crossing at 176 St. and Aldergrove and Sumas crossings.
Sailing, scuba diving, skiing, and more all available within one hour drive within the city limits of the Greater Vancouver Regional District.

Ask for reduced fees for long term stays over one week, and you do your own housekeeping during the balance of the stay.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (CAD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
