You will have a choice between a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, or a 3 bedroom/bathroom accommodation. All 3 apartments are very spacious and can sleep up to 6 in the 2 bedroom and up to 9 in the 3 bedroom. You will be pleasantly surprised at how convenient and how nice the area really is. The area offers exceptional convenience to mid town Manhattan, cheap, but great food and tremendous bang for your buck. Price includes all utilities, linens and towels, cable and high speed Internet. There are tons of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood and it is walking distance to Central Park North, The Conservatory Gardens, the Apollo Theatre and the Jazz Museum in Harlem.

This apartment is perfect for large groups on a budget. This apartment has been completely renovated. You can sleep up to 9 people, as there are 3 bedrooms (a full sized bed in each room) and 2 pull out sofa beds (one double one single) in the living room. The apartment features brand new furniture and plenty of closet space to accommodate larger groups. There is also a small dining table with seating for 6. The apartment has a wall mounted flat screen TV and comes with free wi-fi. The kitchen comes stocked with basic kitchen supplies and the apartment will come with towels and bed linens.

We really enjoyed the apartment we rented on the 3rd floor. It was clean, spacious and fully equipped. The building is very well maintained, even the hallways have nice flooring. The rental process was easy, fast and friendly. Thank you Anne and Alvin.

We spent some fantastic days in New York and wehave been very happy in your apartment.
It's very nice, spacious and clean and very well situated for visiting the city.
The neighborhood is very friendly and is a very safe, even at night.
