The Hamlet at West Haven is one of the most beautiful communities near Disney and Champions Gate golf courses. With a security gate to ensure your family’s safety, it features walking distance to tennis court, playground and community pool. Close to 8 golf courses, horseback riding, Disney theme parks, and shopping and great nightlife!

About owner/property manager

Hi, we have had this Disney vacation house in davenport since 2005. It is so beautiful and the location is so convenient and we are so glad that we bought it! We are grateful that it gave us so much unforgettable memories and experiences. We usually spend a relaxing week or two during the fall and rent it out for the rest of the year. As owner we are thrived to want you to have the same amount of joy or more during your hard earned vacation!

Why owner/property manager chose The Hamlet at West Haven

As I mentioned the location of this property is so convenient, it is only a few minutes away from I-4 which gets you to all the theme parks very quickly without traffic. Don't be misled by the number of miles, some places I am sure they are nice but you have to face local traffic on 192 every morning. Besides the easy access to freeway, the community of West Haven is also very famous due to the nice features such as gated safe neighborhood, well maintained tropical style landscape and community center. You can find supermarket, dine-in, take out, bar even UPS store without going too far.

What makes this villa unique

Golf lovers also would love the fact that this house is only 2 miles away from the master designed Champions gate golf course. Sure you can find golf course everywhere, especially in Florida, but this one is definitely one of the top and you will not regret you have tried that course!
