As owners of this unit, we spend time here at least 3-5 times per year. We want you to enjoy it just as much as we do, and with that in mind, we maintain the suite on regular basis. We continue to make upgrades to add to the comfort and conveniences anyone would want while visiting this bit of paradise.
Finding a great vacation home shouldn't mean sacrificing convenience!

If you do decide you would like to rent a car to explore more of Oahu, there is an 'Enterprise Car Rental' on the south side of the building.
When you've explored the Island, and you are ready to come home to relax, you will find a condo that feels like home, and not like a typical hotel room.
Recently remodeled top to bottom, we offer a wall mounted flat screen TV with cable, free WiFi, a nicely stocked kitchenette for light cooking, a comfortable queen size bed with bedding and pillows replaced on a regular basis, a large lanai with lots of room to relax and enjoy the views of the Ali Wai Canal, and so much more.
On the 6th floor of the building you will find all the amenities you need. Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Laundry facilities, BBQs (you can borrow grilling utensils from the security desk) and even a small convenience grocery store.
The building has a security desk in the lobby that is manned 24/7 for your peace of mind.
Our goal is that you will enjoy staying in our vacation home as much as we do. Our photos are all recent, (June 2012) and more are coming soon.

Things to note:
There is no housekeeping service, although the suite is inside the Island Colony Hotel. This means that you, the tenant, will be responsible for your own laundry, toiletries, cleaning, etc.
We ask each tenant to replace supplies used during their stay (eg. toilet paper, paper towels) so that the next guest won't be caught without upon arrival.
There is street noise, so if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs. We are located on the 12th floor, and while things get quiet later at night, during the early night hours, there is a lot of street activity! Big City! :-)

Dan has been going to Hawaii for over 40 years, and loves every visit. Having a place of our own to come 'home' to at each visit makes the trip that much more relaxing.
We live in Burnaby BC, so with the long wet winter season, a trip to Hawaii is never far off!
Our suite is within walking distance to everything you need, but tucked just far enough away to feel like you can really relax at the end of a long day exploring Oahu.
The large Lanai is a perfect spot to put your feet up and watch the day start, or end.
