Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6)

Accommodations: Two bedroom, two bath spacious penthouse condo, has 50% more living area than others in building. Travertine floors throughout. King beds in bedrooms, sleeper sofa and pack & play for baby. Sleeps six (6) comfortably. Master suite features fabulous gulf view from king size bed, porch off master suite, oversized master bath features double granite vanities and shower, garden tub with power jets, and large walk-in closet. Large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, washer and dryer. Relax in the spacious living area with two conversation areas. Leave the beach toys at the door in the secure private lanai. Enjoy incredible views and sunsets from the private balcony furnished with cozy upholstered wicker chairs and love seat. Two porches provide front row seats for occasional fireworks displays over the Pass! Large flat screen TV for watching ball games, DVD & CD players. Complimentary wireless high speed internet. No Smoking and No Pets.

Enjoy sparkling emerald waters, 3,000 feet of sugar white sand beaches, stroll or bike the quiet streets of this gated neighborhood with 24-hour security. Snorkel or fish at the jetties, frolic in the surf, sunbathe on the beach; let the children swim and snorkel on the white shores of East Pass as you watch the boats cruise in and out of the harbor, or relax by one of the pools (one heated) or hot tub. Tennis courts, shuffle board, and poolside grills available. Also, includes two serene lakes with wildlife.

Although this private beach escape feels like the end of the world, you are conveniently located only blocks from restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, and leisure shopping. Area activities available include boating, sailing, jet ski rentals, parasail, snorkeling adventures, championship golf, water theme park, and fun family attractions.

Dealing straight with owner . . . no rental agent involved. No reservation fees.

All rental guests must be at least 25 years or age or accompanied by someone 25 years of age or older.

Must have half of the payment before blocking dates, and the remainder ten (10) days prior to arrival.

Our family absolutely enjoyed our visit at this beautiful condo. The unit was clean, comfortable and gorgeous. The kitchen was completely supplied and all appliances worked properly. We enjoyed a stroll around the property which is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. Loved feeding the ducks in the pond. The beach was not but a short walk away. The seclusion and quiet surroundings made it the perfect mini vacation and we would certainly love to return one day.
