Front Apartment

Renovations completed in August 2012. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and accomodates all live-in needs. Sleeps 4-5. (queen sized bed, queen sized sleeper sofa, (1)roll away hide-a-bed)

This apartment offers one bedroom with queen sized four poster bed, nice sized closet, a dresser and nightstand.

The living room has a pull out sleeper sofa(queen sized), (2) end tables that can also be used as a coffee table, a drop leaf dining table, large flat screen TV with BluRay player, library of DVD's/Blu-ray movies, board games, and Ipod docking station with CD player.

The Kitchen has all brand new stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked and ready to be cooked in. Includes a grind and brew coffee maker, blender, food processor and hand mixer. There is also a stacked, high efficiency, extra large sized washer and dryer in the kitchen closet.

There is one 'spa like' bathroom with full tub, glass shower doors, and sky light.

Recently landscaped small backyard with seating and table. Fully privacy fenced. Perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Seating & table for (6)

Perfect apartment for visiting Annapolis

We stayed here four nights and found it to be perfect for our needs. Jackie has provided a well stocked apartment in a very convenient location. We were comfortable and appreciated the kitchen supplies for making an occasional meal. Walking to various restaurants and historic sites was so nice. Parking wasn't too much of an issue. We always found a spot within a block. There is a lovely little park a block away that is on one of the canals. We didn't use the back yard but it looks like the landscaping will make this a nice spot. We would definitely return for another stay.

This neighborhood is easier to find a parking spot in comparison to some of the other historic district neighborhoods. We are always able to find a spot to park within a block of the building. There is also a public lot less than one block away. Please keep us in mind for the next time you visit Annapolis!

The apartment was nicer than the photos show! Our stay was only a night, but the apartment was well-stocked for a longer stay, complete with coffee and other kitchen essentials. The bed was comfortable. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful, spacious apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. Super convenient to restaurants and shops on the main drag. Huge skylight in the bathroom, full kitchen, and great cable and wireless internet. Definitely a comfortable space with everything you could need. We highly recommend it. Nice Apartment

This apartment would be great for a weekend or a month--perfect owners, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of room for two of us, very clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to the water and Annapolis attractions. Would definitely rent it again, if possible.

This property was excellent! The owner was always available for us and very nice. It was super clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back again. The kitchen had everything and perfect condition. The bathroom was also in perfect condition. It is nicer than the photos! I would highly recommend this unit to everyone!
