The living room has a pull out sleeper sofa(queen sized), (2) end tables that can also be used as a coffee table, a drop leaf dining table, large flat screen TV with BluRay player, library of DVD's/Blu-ray movies, board games, and Ipod docking station with CD player.
The Kitchen has all brand new stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked and ready to be cooked in. Includes a grind and brew coffee maker, blender, food processor and hand mixer. There is also a stacked, high efficiency, extra large sized washer and dryer in the kitchen closet.
There is one 'spa like' bathroom with full tub, glass shower doors, and sky light.

Within walking distance to everything Annapolis, Old building charm with new renovations. Lovely park 1/2 block away with water access. Newly landscaped backyard with seating/table. Quiet residential neighborhood.
