This apartment is perfectly located in a lovely quiet neighborhood. It has been renovated to be an upscale accommodation, and is comfortable enough for a family.
Within walking distance to everything Annapolis, Old building charm with new renovations. Lovely park 1/2 block away with water access. Newly landscaped backyard with seating/table. Quiet residential neighborhood.
@nd stay with this owner - Awesome experience all around rom dealing with bookings, answering my endless questions and general help. We have already booked this property again for our next trip.
Over the past few months I have stayed in this property many times. Sometimes alone, sometimes with my husband and sometimes both of us with our son. The property is very clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to my initial inquiry both by email and phone since I had many questions. She was wonderfully helpful and a real pleasure to work with. Before each arrival I received email instructions that were very complete and offered information if I needed to contact her during our stay.
The location is amazing right in the historic downtown area. A very short walk of a couple of blocks brings you to outstanding restaurants and shops. It is also a lovely area just to walk around the neighborhood and I adore the small park just around the corner overlooking the water. I found the park to be a great place for a respite with a good book and a lovely view. I definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return many more times in the future.
We had an absolutely wonderful weekend staying here. Clean, comfortable and convenient! Jackie was a pleasure to work with as well.
This is clean, quiet, comfortable, and comfortably furnished. My husband and I stayed here for three nights, and the location is perfect for walking around historic Annapolis. The instructions and information that were e-mailed to us prior to our arrival were very thorough and helpful in every respect. We always found a place to park on the street, even on a Navy game day. We were within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and a great bookstore on Maryland Avenue. We would definitely recommend this place.
Thank you for a great stay! The apartment is a perfect space: comfortably furnished, spotlessly clean, and well appointed. Excellent attention to detail. On top of all this, it's in a prime location - just a minute walk to Main Street. We're already looking forward to our next stay. Thanks again.
