'Sea Vous Play' is a new vacation rental for 2013, and it just may have Seaside's single best location. It's nestled peacefully in a grove of rare Chapman oak trees on a quiet street shared by only five other homes, yet only a very short stroll away from the beach, tennis, playground, and all the dining, shopping, and entertainment options of downtown Seaside (see zoomable satellite image below)

This unique European style home has three separate but intimately connected living quarters, and will especially appeal to extended families who want to vacation together, but who appreciate a degree of privacy as well. Sea Vous Play has five bedrooms and 2 additional sleeping areas (sleeping up to 14 in beds) and a total three full bathrooms in the main house, and, in the tower, a fourth half bath and an enclosed outside hot/cold shower. There is a new 12 x 35 foot private heated pool featuring a tanning shelf and water features. A separate, semi-attached four story tower (perfect for teens!) is capped by an observation deck with great views over Seaside and the Gulf of Mexico. Among numerous other amenities are 4 Townie beach cruiser bicycles at your disposal.

Sea Vous Play truly represents the best of both worlds - a comfortable and well-appointed home in a relaxing, serene setting, yet very easily strollable to all the excitement the beach and town of Seaside have to offer.

Our large family thoroughly enjoyed the pool, gas BBQ, and the proximity to Seaside. The kids especially loved the "secret paths" to Modica Market. This is a very spacious, comfortable house that worked great for the nine of us! Thank you!

There were 12 in our group and we had plenty of beds for everyone. The pool was beautiful and enjoyed everyday we were there. The kitchen is adequate and by that I mean very little counter space for working and
for serving. The deck is great and we enjoyed having the gas grill at our disposal. The location was wonderful. We were only a few blocks from the town center and from the beach. Anyone looking for a place that will accommodate a large group, should look no further. Places like this are hard to find. The pictures depict the place exactly as it is. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a large group. Oh, by the way the owner is planning to update the kitchens on the 1st & 2nd floor next year. That will be wonderful and much appreciated by any one who loves to cook. Susan
