Guest Bedroom (queen bed) with attached bathroom adjoining hall. Fully equipped kitchen, Dining area, Living room has beautiful vaulted ceilings with working Gas fireplace. This unit has one of the largest outdoor patios extending off living area. This patio is covered and furnished with patio furniture with gas grill. Our floor plan is very open with many glass windows and sliding glass doors connecting the living room to the patio and to the kitchen , which is ideal for entertaining. 2 car garage, with washer and dryer. This unit is a single story unit with no common living space walls, so it is quiet and feels like a house, and is located on one of the most quiet streets in Canyon Sands. Canyon Sands is one of the most sought after complexes in South Palm Springs, and has well beautifully maintained and landscaped grounds. Our unit is very close to the main pool / tennis courts and main office, yet very private.
After Vacationing in Palm Springs for many years, Our friends bought a condo in Canyon Sands. Once we visited we decided to buy. This was a unique opportunity to own a beautiful Condo with all the benefits of a house, in a beautifully maintained quiet community, which is ideally located.
We bought our unit due to it's unique open floor plan. It has a very open feel and the living space extends right out to the patio thru the floor to ceiling glass walls and sliding doors which make the living space seem much larger and connected to the outdoor space. Also, the beautiful views of the mountains with snow tops are stunning , especially when can admire them from your shower:)
Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed the condo... so peaceful and relaxing! The outdoor patio area is beautiful and we spent nearly every afternoon there or at pool #2. The location is ideal... we were able to get to and from the airport in 5 minutes, to the grocery store in one minutes and back and forth to downtown in less than 15 minutes. Loved it... Please hold for us for 2013 if you can?
