Located just 3 houses from the sand, this is one of the nicest homes in the Del Mar Beach Colony. Meticulously maintained and very rarely rented, the kitchen and baths are all newly remodeled. Surfboard room is stocked with beach chairs and toys.

Wonderful, clean, well kept house across the street from the beach. It has everything you need. From boards to bikes, to towels! Bring your own board games.
Three bedrooms, plus two twn beds in the family room area and a day bed. Three bathrooms. Kitchen with everything you'll need.
Wished it had TV in bedrooms. TV in living room and family room (the one with the 2 twins) only. One with DVD and X box.
Walking to restaurants.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We had a wonderful week in this fully equipped, extremely comfortable and very tastefully decorated California home. Close to the beach and everything the Carlsbad- San Diego region has to offer. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the home is so close to the beach, you can run out to catch sunset while you are preparing dinner! What is really great are the beach supplies - skimbroads, paddleboards, wetsuits, and bikes. The owners are so nice and very accomodating. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

INCREDIBLE!!!

This house is absolutely amazing. Truly blew away all our expectations.

Location could not be better; steps to the beach (literally across the street), in a beautiful neighborhood in which all of the locals are very warm and welcoming (pretty sure that is a prerequisite to living in Del Mar), a park/playground five minutes away (walking) overlooking the ocean, and super quiet at night.

The owners have done an amazing job with this house. Very warm, clean and neat. The house came stocked with everything we needed and more; cookware, toys, linens, etc.

The owners themselves are truly some of the nicest people we have met. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of.

Plenty in and around Del Mar. Whole Foods and Vons are a mile or two away. Lots of great restaurants and other shops in downtown.

We had a fantastic trip and loved every minute we were at the house. I would absolutely recommend this house.

Perfect family beach house!

Stocked with boogie boards, beach chairs and toys for the kids, this house had everything that we needed to enjoy a beautiful vacation in Del Mar. The house is a short walk to the beach, offering privacy from the beach foot traffic, but a closer walk than most parking spots. We loved every bit of our stay and we hope to return soon.

Feb weekend in Del Mar

We had a family reunion in in San Diego which had us getting together in places from Point Loma to Encinitas. Del Mar was a perfect location, as nothing seemed over 20 min away. This property was absolutely perfect for sleeping 3 families (9 people). It was nicely decorated, clean, spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a weekend on the beach, or a weekend inside, if the weather was iffy. It's central location, easy walk to the beach/shops and good parking, made congregating there easy and fun! We had such a nice time, and we will be back! Thank you.
