Queen beds in 2 bedrooms, 3rd Bedroom has a Futon convertible full bed with twin bunk bed and twin bed with trundle twin pull out, 4th bedroom has two Futon convertible full size beds. 42' flat screen TV with cable in Living Room, Full Kitchen outfitted with all eating and cooking necessities, side by side refrigerator with ice and water in door, washer and dryer. Is pet friendly with fenced back yard. Covered carport will accommodate 2 cars with extra room in driveway.

Works well for the Expo center

My company stayed at this home while attending a show at the expo. The house was suitable for this as it was directly across the street from the location.

The only thing I'd say about the house is that the pictures don't really reflect the odd floorplan of the house. The bedroom with a double and twin bed is in an addition that you have to walk through one of the other bedrooms to get to. The other room that has two futon's in it is an old garage that was converted into living space so the layout is just a little funky in the house. It works and we'd stay there again in the future.

The house was clean and linens were in good condition.

If you plan on plugging anything into power in the bedrooms make sure to bring 2 prong to 3 prong adapters as the house doesn't have plugs with grounds on them.

The wifi provided very fast internet which was nice and the tv works good.

The owner provided a great propane grill to do cooking on.

Charming home, very clean and nice amenities. Was exactly as advertised. Comfortable furnishings. Loved the deck and the large backyard. I would absolutely recommend this property and would want to stay here again if I return to Tulsa.

So comfortable, So much character!

4 Girls and 6 dogs rented this darling home for 4 nights to attend an event at the Expo Center. It is so comfortable, with nice quality furnishings. The towels in both the kitchen and bathroom are plentiful and plush. There are enough dishes and glassware for a very large party. Everything you need for cooking and baking. The big surprise, that isn't mentioned in the listing is the darling little bar area with plenty of stemware. We made use of it, and had a ball. The back yard is securely fenced, there is a pecan and a walnut tree. The neighbors were very friendly and considerate. The little dog next door wanted to play ball with our dogs, the lady came out to make sure he wasn't disturbing us with his barking. Sure hope it is available next time we come to Tulsa!
