This large detached villa is conveniently located in a quiet urbanisation just 400m from the famous Burriana beach in Nerja. The accommodation is on three levels there is a living room, fully fitted kitchen and a family bathroom. From the hallway, stairs lead down to a second living room and separate fitted kitchen. On this level there are also two twin bedrooms and a second family bathroom. From the ground floor entrance hall a second set of stairs leads up to the first floor where there are three more twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. At ground level the living room has double patio doors to a covered terrace. To one side of the villa there is a 6m x 4m swimming pool having ladder access with a poolside shower. There is a brick-built BBQ and patio furniture to enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining.
