Great Escape Within Range of Adventure

I would definitely recommend this spot for couples and small groups of travelers or families. The pool is amazing for relaxing or socializing, and it looks out over the ocean. This really helps counter the warmer temperatures. Evenings in March were very comfortable outside.
The owners were helpful in finding local day trips and adventures and even provided transportation and assistance dealing with Spanish speakers. I went whitewater rafting, toured a coffee plantation, went to a street festival in the city of David, and toured some of the natural areas in Chiriqui province. All of these were within an hour drive, I would say. The owners were also fun and laid back, very go-with-the-flow but attentive to needs.
The house has laundry facilities, a full kitchen, and even an outdoor shower. But did I mention the wonderful pool with a shaded bar area?
I would say the experience exceeded my expectations because of the space and cleanliness of the house and the congenial hosts.
