The villa is located in the famous and quiet development SERRA BRAVA, above the famous beach CALA CANYELLES. The rented part of this unique villa is the first floor with aprox 100 m2. Only few minutes walk away there is a supermarket and a bar/ restaurant, a sporting zone with tennis, squash, minigolf etc. From the villa you have a unique sea view. Whether you are a lover of sea and sea sports or just want to relax on the beach, this is the perfect environment for an unforgettable holiday. It is a 3 bedroom floor with a double bed and own bath in the suite, two single beds in the 2. bedroom and a bunk bed in the 3. bedroom, living room with open kitchen, bathroom, a terrace with sea view.A beach restaurant is about 1.200 meters away. The villa is the accommodation for a perfect beach holiday! - Should `Las Palmeras´ be booked already for your desired holiday period, please do not hesitate in requesting as we have many other holiday accommodations of different size,

Additional information about rental rates

  • When the villa is rented, a deposit payment of 30% on the rental rate is required. Booking is only confirmed when the deposit payment has been received. The balance of the rental rate can then be paid upon arrival.
  • Upon arrival a security bail of 500 € is required.
  • The rent is reserved exclusively for the people named on the confirmation and no other persons whatsoever are permitted to stay there unless this has been agreed with me in writing. You must vacate the property during the morning on the day of departure (until 10.00 a.m.)to enable cleaning and preparation to be completed prior to the arrival of new guests. The villa is ready for your occupancy after 4 o´clock afternoon.
