Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter offer great shopping and dining options.Strolling,arts and the old west are only 10 min away in Old Town/Scottsdale Fashion Square boasting a variety of shops and restaurants with a southwest flair. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy a selection of mountains and trails available, Camelback and Squaw Peak are close by.
Home is located on a Quiet cul de sac with paths for strolling and bike riding.A neighborhood shopping center is only a 5 min walk on the path. Several local golf courses to enjoy and neighborhood parks with tennis and basketball courts are great for walking your pets, the leash laws are enforced. Come relax, and enjoy all this retreat has to offer

This home home is in one of Scottsdale's best planned community developments,with abundant green areas and paths for biking and walking. it is also centrally located with easy access to almost most everything the city has to offer
The home is private and on a quiet cul de sac. There are no neighbors directly behind. There is a a common green area with paths that wind through the entire neighborhood
The home was in an excellent location being in the McCormick Ranch development. A baby grand piano, a pool, outdoor grill, lovely backyard and the furnishings were just fine.....had everything we needed in the kitchen....all we needed was a butler and this would be a 5 Star. Very gracious owner.
We are regular visitors to Scottsdale from the UK and loved the location of the house. The neighbourhood was so peaceful but had a large shopping centre nearby and close access to the 101.
The house itself was very comfortable and just as described, Bobbie was there to greet us and answer all our questions and we really enjoyed spending time in the lovely outside pool and patio area. We have already decided to return here in 2015!
The home met all of our expectations. The pictures accurately depict the house. We really enjoyed using the backyard and pool area. We had two college students in our group and they really enjoyed the outdoor space. The house easily accommodated four adults with plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood and adjoining parks and walking paths were great. The home was very well appointed and supplied. The owner was very responsive and helpful before, during and after our stay. We'd love to return for another stay.
We spent February 2013 here. We had rented a nearby house in 2011and knew we liked the area. We were pleased to find that the photos on the website had given us an accurate picture of the accommodations. The main living area is pleasant and efficient. Kitchen is well furnished with appliances and utensils.
Back yard is also nicely furnished and landscaped for casual hanging out. We benefited from an overabundance of fresh grapefruit and lemons. Nice shaded sitting area for the few hot days we had this year. Unheated pool is not inviting in February but we enjoyed sitting around it anyway. Neighborhood is very quiet and seems safe. We had no security issues. Owner provided access to garage to store car, golf clubs, etc.
Master suit is spacious and full of light with a comfortable king bed. Ample clothes storage. We had a guests for a few days and they had only good things to say about the other bedrooms. And everyone liked the property and its location.
Internet hookup was fine.
Damage deposit was returned promptly and in full. We never met the owner face-to-face but she responded immediately and appropriately to all phone and email requests.
Some minor issues: no cable so no ESPN, etc. You get the local over-the-air digital channels only. Nice library of DVDs, however. Light for reading is limited, especially in the living room. No special accommodations for disabilities (e.g., no bars in bathroom) and there's a small interior floor-level change in the entry but our 87-year-old mother did well here.
Great, quiet neighberhood located on cul de sac for children and close to many activites, shopping resturants and major highways and airport. House was very clean and comforable for 4 adults and 2 children.
Owner was easy to work with from booking all the way through leaving the property. Most questions were answered within minutes.
