Los Olivos Craftsman is a custom, newly built home walking distance to downtown Los Olivos set on peaceful 1.5 acres. This beautiful home has a view of farmland and oak studded hills from the privacy of a lovely backyard where you will enjoy many outdoor seating areas and a custom rock spa that can easily hold up to 10 people. This home was built with attention to detail and quality furnishings and fixtures throughout. The master bedroom has a gas fireplace and flat screen television with roku, a spiral staircase leads to a private bedroom suite on second floor with a full bathroom. The front yard rose gardens and lavender are lovely to look at and there are also multiple fruit trees on the property. The home is about 3000 square feet.
