Beautiful country villa, tastefully furnished and decorated, with marvellous views over vast fields with typical Portuguese trees and vineyards, just 1,5 km from the charming village of Guia with several restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy and pastry. From the large gated entrance, a cobbled driveway leads to the front of the villa with parking space for several cars. The large swimming pool is surrounded by lawn, spacious terraces (partly covered) with brick built barbecue. Ground Floor: Lounge room with TV and patio doors leading out to a partly covered terrace and swimming pool + Dining room +Kitchen with breakfast table, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. A door leads out to the terrace and country side + Double bedroom + Shower room. 1st Floor: Master double bedroom with walk in closet and en-suite bathroom.+Twin bedroom with bathroom+All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and balconies with superb country views, overlooking the pool.
