Villa Las Mimosas is set amongst the Beautiful Hills of Mijas where you can relax and enjoy the most spectacular Sea and Panoranic views. The location is unbeatable being only a few minutes walk into Mijas Village with it numerous Shops, Restaurants and Tapas bars to choose from so a car is not necessary. As you enter the Private driveway via the secure Electric Gates you will see the most spectacular Sea and Panoramic mountain views. The main villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a lovely kitchen/diner leading out to a lovely terrace to sit and enjoy all the views. The lounge has LCD sat TV with air conditioning.All within the same grounds there is a separate fully equipped 1 Bed guest apartment attached to the Villa perfect for those families who want a little more privacy from others. There is a lovely garden area with its own charcoal BBQ perfect for dining alfresco. The swimming pool size is 8x4 m in a kidney shape with sunloungers and is a ideal retreat to relax and sunbathe.

    Non refundable Deposit of 25% of rental cost due on booking (by Bank Transfer) to secure reservation.
    Remainder Balance of 75% must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival by Bank Transfer.
    Refundable breakages deposit of 150euros required at the same time at hand over of keys. Refunded back on day of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
    English-and Spanish speaking representative available locally.
    Please ensure that all persons travelling have adequate holiday insurance and travel insurance which is for your own protection.

    Strictly no smoking inside except on the balcony, terraces or gardens.
    This villa is in good condition; and a high level of care is required by tenants
