1908 Lodge is a recently refurbished Edwardian property benefitting from 7 newly decorated bedrooms, 5 of which are ensuite. The bedrooms have zip and link beds which enables the house to be used for single groups, families and corporate guests. The house also has a large first floor living room with leather sofas, large digital television and DVD player with surround sound system. The 2 dining rooms seating 12 and 7 respectively, are adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen comprising of a 6 burner gas oven, large fridge, microwave kettle, toaster, etc. The large freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the utility room. The large back garden (30mx10m) has 2 sets of patio furniture, a BBQ and also a hot tub which is included in the rental rates.

1908 Lodge is in the centre of Goport giving it great access to local shops and supermarkets. In the local area there are numerous beaches all within walking distance, the Explosion Museum which is the museum for Naval firepower, Oakleaf Brewery tours and the 17th Century Village which is trip back in time not to be missed. Gosport is also a short ferry trip away (5 minutes) from Portsmouth which is home to Gunwharf Quays. Gunwharf has numerous outlet shops, restaurants, bars, clubs and also the Spinnaker Tower which was built for the Millenium. From the top of the Spinnaker Tower, you can see the whole of Portsmouth and is a must when coming to the area.

    Full payment will be required 6 weeks before the arrival date.
    A damages deposit will also be required. This is variable depending on number of guests and type of client, i.e. family group, stag/hen party, etc.
