Olympus Athena is an amazing, luxurious villa on a stunning seafront location! A three storey villa of beautiful design, offering vertical and horizontal space,dressed with fine, earthy and luxurious materials. Equipped with large modern full size kitchen, open plan sitting and dinning room with quality furnishings where the large glass doors and windows allow the light in and give the feeling of freedom and space. Master bedroom sits on its own first floor, with wooden floors and ceilings, its own large shower room and generous in space veranda. Three more bedrooms are located one level below the sitting/dinning area, each with their own en-suite shower rooms , surrounded by terraces and with access to the pool. On this floor there is also a utility enclosed area, with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The villa exterior, has a grand terrace surrounding the 11m by 5m swimming pool, BBQ, comfy sofas, sunbeds, outdoor dinning furniture and large umbrellas.

Tersanas is a small seaside village with a lovely, sheltered sandy beach. There are a few tavernas and small supermarket but within 1km village Chorafakia offers an additional variety of tavernas, shops and supermarkets. The are enjoys stunning views towards Hania and the Aegean sea and the surroundings are perfect for biking, walking and site seeing as in Akrotiri there are two medieval monasteries, the famous Venizelos Graves, small fishing villages and many sandy beaches. Seafood and fish is excellent in this area, which is famous for seafood tavernas to local people as well as visitors of the region. Akrotiri is not yet greatly developed as a touristic resort, so although it does have all facilities,amenities and natural beauty, it is still a quiet and unspoilt area. Perfect for couples ar families with children of all ages, as all beaches have easy proximity, golden soft sand and are sheltered and shallow,thus safe for everyone.

    Payment terms: 30% deposit upon confirmation and balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
    Cancellation policy: Cancellations received up to 30 days before arrival: Deposit is non refundable
    Cancellation received 2 weeks before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
    No shows are charged 100%.
    Check in is at 14:00 hrs (unless confirmed differently and subject to availability).
    Check out 11:00 am (unless at last minute we can prolong it).
    Arrival and departure days are flexible.

  • All bedrooms have fine pillowed mattresses (two single pads on each) and each has its own en suite shower room with mosaic tiles.Master bedroom is located on top level and has its own large sun terrace with outdoor furniture for the morning or evening beverage, enjoying amazing views! Villa is cleaned twice a week and all linens and towels are changed twice a week. Additional cleaning (daily) can be arranged at a small extra charge. Cots can be provided free of charge. All bedrooms are air conditioned and the have blinds as well as curtains. Three bedrooms are located on the lower villa level and have shutters and independent access to the exterior area and pool. Each bedroom has its own plasma TV and DVD.
